How many projects can I have photographed?

As many projects as you need. All projects must be located within 60 mile radius of service area.

Does a company representative need to be on site during photography?

Not necessary. To accommodate for your busy schedules, I accept and schedule FaceTime calls when on site to verify specifics.

What project information is needed on our end?

  • Project  Name

  • Project Address

  • Project Contact

  • Scope of work

  • Shop drawings or architectural prints highlighting the location of work/material.

Do we need permission to photograph the building/project?

Yes,  Permission by ownership to both photograph and to use the images.  Most buildings are pretty accommodating of such a request.

How do we plan a photoshoot.

  • Your representative and I discuss project details and scope via email or scheduled phone call.

  • Gain Permission from project to photograph and use images

  • Schedule Photoshoot.

What is included in your photoshoot?

  • Project Scheduling

  • Project Photography

  • 8 -10 High Resolution, Color Calibrated, Web & Print Suitable JPEG files

  • Lifetime limited usage of images.

Do you clean or stage the project?

  • No cleaning, but straighten a couple chairs and removing a little clutter here or there is normal.

  • I also conduct the site research needed and planning with facility to schedule a successful visit/photoshoot.

What is your turnaround time.

  • I’m typically scheduled 3 months out.

  • My services are mostly geared towards those companies wanting to polish up their portfolio or focus in on a specific industry niche.  It also takes a bit of time to gain permission and access to most higher profile projects.
